Prepare and use groundbaits
What is necessary:
-A bucket
- Groundbait base – We will use WZW Groundbait ROACH Professional 1kg
- Possible additive groundbaits
You need to put all the ingredients – even it is only groundbair base – into the bucket.
Mixing of the ingredients:
- Click the groundbait (1)
- Write in local chat: /add 1000 (2)
- Click the bucket (3)
If the groundbait is added right, in the local chat should appear the information about it and you will see contents of the bucket.
At this stage, the groundbait is ready to use. But to improve its effectiveness, we will add some additions.
Whole grains are the complements for the groundbait. They fill fish and help keep tchem in the fishery. Because when fish doesn’t find anything interesting in the groundbait it will lose attraction and swim away. Grains have also other, very important advantage, they are bigger than particles of groundbait base – thanks to that the smallest fish won’t eat them cause they are too small so the groundbait with grains will stay longer in water. It’s worth to use different kinds of grains – hemp, sunflower, pumpkin…
- Roasted Hemp – which improve working of the groundbait, increase the allurement’s distance, strongly stimulates fish for feeding.
- Roasted Sunflower – which significantly improve working of the groundbait and increase the allurement ‘s distance.
- Roasted Pumpkin – which improve fish’s digestion – when the fish swim into the groundbait it will be there until it is full. Roasted Pumpkin will cause that the fish digests faster and hemp will stimulates for further feeding.
Additive groundbaits
We add whole grains the same as the groundbait base, for powdery groundbaits (for example roasted, ground grains) it’s enough to click the pack with additive groundbait (1a) and then click the bucket (2a).
Operating on the bucket
You have the possibility of a few commands after clicking the bucket (every one to write in a local chat):
- /count - it shows the weight of the groundbait which is in the bucket,
- /quality - it shows the quality of the groundbait – some additive groundbaits decidedly amplify working of the groundbait but it also make the groundbait go off.
- /clear - clears the bucket.
- /tht x - test throw with the strength between 1 and 10. Instead of the groundbait, red marker flies from the bucket which is used for setting appriopriate strength and the direction
- /th x y - groundbait throw, x=the strength of a throw, y=the amount of groundbait you want to throw, ex /th 8 300 – throws 300gr of the groundbait with strength 8.
You have 8 seconds from the click for writing a command in the local chat.
Allurement
You can put the groundbait in water in a few ways. When fishing with float method, you just throw the groundbait by hand at place when your float is. You should put together your set and put it in water, then you should click the bucket (1), make a test throw: /tht 5 (2),
if the red marker (3) is not in a place you want it, repeat your test throw changing the strength and/or the direction.
When the marker is in a right place, you shouldn’t move your avatar and you make the throw with the same strength as test throw adding just the amount you want to throw:
/th 5 300
At a place when the groundbait landed you can see and hear a splash.
You can use a groundbait also while fishing with a ground method with a cart, then you have a possibility that the cart throw the groundbait everytime: for adding the groundbait to cart, you should click the bucket and then a cart. You can throw your groundbait even further with distance spod.
Keeping fish in the fishery
The very important part which guarantee our success is keeping fish in the fishery. It’s all about rationing the groundbait in a way that fish are not manage to fill themselves but also don’t resign from searching a groundbait in a fishery. For example, at the beginning, you can throw 300gr of a groundbait and wait for the first bait. When fish are around the place we put a groundbait, then you can throw more of the groundbait with little portions (20-50gr) every 3-5 caught fish.
While fishing for breams and carps those portions should be suitably bigger. Have fun.
